Like a Broken Bowl

~ Like a Broken Bowl ~

Your subtlety shattered me
in billions of pieces
like a broken bowl
with fragments scattered
upon the floor
for all to behold.
I knelt and kissed the ground,
my heart wide open
to the disclosure of
the hidden throne
that carries every soul;
anyone who sees its majesty
always ends up with sealed lips!
I never should have started this~
